Get ready for Christmas gifting season, and join Ed from Mended Made Studios for Bookbinding for Beginners on Friday 5th December 2025 6-9pm at Whitley Bay Big Local!

You will learn how to make your very own soft cover notebooks using a variety of binding styles and will get to customise a refillable leather cover, with a supportive and knowledgeable mentor holding your hand and guiding you throughout the whole process.

All materials are provided as part of the session, and you will leave with enough intel to continue your practice at home, alongside the opportunity to purchase exclusive tools and materials to hit the ground running straight away. Special care has been taken to source recycled and sustainably made materials and tools from small businesses local to the North East where possible, and where not, small businesses based in the UK.

Tickets are priced at £60pp and are extremely limited.
